Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using UA Hub, creating an account, publishing community posts, sending feedback, and relying on browser reference content.

Plain-language summary

Use the site responsibly, keep account credentials private, do not post harmful content, and treat reference data as informational guidance rather than guaranteed telemetry.

Privacy Policy

Account, session, feedback, and local storage details.

Moderation request

Report content, abuse, or a policy issue.

Data Disclosure

Review the data map behind the service.

1. Acceptance and service scope

By using UA Hub, you agree to these terms. UA Hub provides browser reference content, searchable User-Agent examples, archive surfaces, knowledge-base pages, lightweight account tools, and community discussion features. The service may evolve over time.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the activity under your account, for protecting your password, and for keeping any recovery code private. Do not impersonate others, register misleading identities, share credentials publicly, or create accounts for abusive automation.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use UA Hub to post spam, malware, phishing content, illegal material, harassment, hate, threats, personal data that you are not allowed to share, deceptive identity claims, or content designed to disrupt the service. Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, moderation, or security controls.

4. Community content

You remain responsible for the posts, replies, edits, and feedback you submit. By publishing community content, you allow UA Hub to store, display, format, excerpt, index, and show that content in thread pages, recent activity, Mine activity views, and related community surfaces.

5. Moderation and removal

UA Hub may remove, hide, edit, limit, or preserve content when needed for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, site integrity, or community quality. You can report a content issue or request removal through Feedback.

6. Reference content and estimates

Browser matrices, compatibility notes, analytics examples, and archive summaries are informational references. They may reflect a dated source or editorial interpretation and should not be treated as guaranteed production telemetry.

7. APIs, scraping, and automated access

Do not overload the site, scrape in a way that harms availability, probe private endpoints, or use automation to create accounts, publish posts, evade moderation, or harvest community data. Normal search-engine indexing and reasonable personal reference use are allowed unless they disrupt the service.

8. Privacy and data handling

Account records, session cookies, local storage, feedback submissions, community posts, third-party services, and user controls are described in the Privacy Policy and Data Disclosure.

9. Availability, changes, and account limits

UA Hub may be updated, restarted, limited, suspended, or temporarily unavailable. Features, layouts, policies, reference data, stored content, and community tools may change as the product matures. Accounts or sessions may be limited or removed for abuse, security risks, or repeated violations.

10. Disclaimers and liability

UA Hub is provided as an informational and community service. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. You are responsible for validating reference content before using it in production decisions.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version was last updated. Continuing to use UA Hub after updates means you accept the updated terms.
